Ingredients
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 lemon
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 5 cups cold water (40 ounces)
- 1 packet stevia
Preparation
- Hull and slice the strawberries. Slice the lemon into rounds and stripe the leaves off the rosemary sprig.
- Add all ingredients to a pitcher. Let sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove lemon slices and let sit for 2 more hours.
- Strain out strawberries and rosemary with a fine strainer and store in the refrigerator for about 3 days.
Helpful hints
- You may add extra strawberries and the lemon to each serving as garnish if desired.
- You may leave out the stevia packet if desired.
- If needed, adjust the serving size based on your personal fluid limitations or goals.
