Strawberry Lemon Rosemary Water

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 5 cups cold water (40 ounces)
  • 1 packet stevia 

Preparation

  1. Hull and slice the strawberries. Slice the lemon into rounds and stripe the leaves off the rosemary sprig.
  2. Add all ingredients to a pitcher. Let sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove lemon slices and let sit for 2 more hours.
  3. Strain out strawberries and rosemary with a fine strainer and store in the refrigerator for about 3 days.

Helpful hints

  • You may add extra strawberries and the lemon to each serving as garnish if desired.
  • You may leave out the stevia packet if desired.
  • If needed, adjust the serving size based on your personal fluid limitations or goals.
