Ingredients
- 1 medium peach
- 1 medium apple
- 12 medium strawberries
- 2 cups red or green grapes
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint
Preparation
- Wash and dry fresh fruit. Peel the peach and core the unpeeled apple and dice into bite-size pieces. Slice the strawberries. Chop the mint.
- In a large bowl combine the fruit.
- Drizzle honey over fruit and add the mint. Stir to combine.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Helpful hints
- If fresh peach and blueberries are not in season use frozen. Thaw before making fruit salad.
- This salad keeps for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
