Honey Ginger Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 

Preparation

  1. Place ingredients in a jar. Top with the lid and shake until well mixed.
  2. Drizzle dressing over salad. Refrigerate leftover dressing for up to one week. 

Helpful hints

  • Ginger paste is packaged in a tube and available in the produce section of some grocery stores. If unavailable, use minced fresh ginger root.
