Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

  1. Set cream cheese and butter out to soften.
  2. Whip softened cream cheese until fluffy. Add butter and vanilla extract and mix together.
  3. Gradually add in powdered sugar until frosting is smooth.

  • Use frosting to frost a cake, cupcakes or cookies or try this frosting with Jessica’s Carrot Cake Cookies.
  • Frosting will keep for about 5 days in the refrigerator.
