High Protein Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 3 ounces non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 ounces LiquaCelâ„¢ liquid protein supplement, peach-mango flavor
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract 

Preparation

  1. Freeze blueberries and yogurt for 30 minutes before making recipe.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Divide into 2 servings. Enjoy one now and freeze the other serving for later.
