Resources for You and Your Loved Ones

Taking Care of Your Emotional Health

Let’s be honest—it’s a challenging time right now. It’s normal to not feel like yourself. Increased alone time and time away from the larger community can lead to feeling down or lonely. Fortunately, there are things you can do to take care of yourself, such as staying connected and sticking to a routine. Check out these resources for tips.

Social interaction is good for our physical and emotional health.  You can safely connect with others while sheltering in place at home. Talk to your social worker about support groups in your clinic. The Renal Support Network also offers monthly virtual support groups for people living with kidney disease.
